About Matthew: Matthew is Environment Strategy Manager at Suffolk County Council. He has worked in the public and private sector here and in New Zealand. He has managed large operational teams in delivering projects in climate change, travel planning, energy, development and public protection, co-establishing the Suffolk Climate Change Partnership in 2009. He works on EV infrastructure strategy and implementation (including LEVI funded projects) and with the Suffolk Fuel Poverty Energy Retrofit (HUG2 and ECO funding) Team. Matthew has a BSc, PhD, and PgCE, and is a Chartered Environmentalist.
