Air Quality public engagement event and survey
Suffolk County Council (SCC) is working with its partners, Ipswich Borough Council, Suffolk & North East Essex NHS, University of Suffolk and Healthwatch Suffolk to raise awareness of the effects of air quality on health and wellbeing.
There will be a public engagement event on Ipswich Cornhill and the foyer of the University of Suffolk Waterfront Building on Monday 24th October between 11am and 3pm, to understand more about the work SCC and other organisations are doing, and to provide an opportunity for residents and businesses to comment on what should be done about air quality in Ipswich.
There will also be a webinar from 5-6pm on the 24th October with some brief presentations from SCC teams and partners to raise awareness of air quality and highlight the work being doing to improve it, as well as an opportunity for questions and discussion.
Further details on the event, to sign up for the webinar or to complete the air quality survey can be found on the Healthy Suffolk website Suffolk Air Quality – Healthy Suffolk.
